A. Second and Final Reading - ORDINANCE NO. 2012-03 – Amending Chapter 153 of the Sign Code relating to political signs.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 153, “SIGNS” OF TITLE XV OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; AMENDING PROVISIONS OF THE SIGN CODE RELATING TO POLITICAL SIGNS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTING PROVISIONS, SEVERABILITY AND INCLUSION IN THE TOWN OF PALM SHORES CODE; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
